My vehicle had to be returned because of petrol leakage through some pipe that had cracked? and it came back to you via green flag. The initial contact booking made through green flag and myself wasn’t very good & the customer service fo at this stressful time poor however once it’s arrived at the dealership the service improved considerably and I have to thank Patsy at Ellesmere port and her team for the quick turnaround of my vehicle and its return to my home address. The dealership I bought car from was Birkenhead which is near to my home address. This was closed by Vauxhall and it is now 15 miles to take my vehicle to be serviced et cetera. Although the staff say don’t worry, they will collect and deliver I don’t get the impression this is convenient. I may be wrong but I have always bought from a nearby dealership and was disappointed when it was moved with no consultation.
