I booked my care in to lookers Ellesmere port last year to have the breaks and pads looked at with this I left my locking nut on the front passenger seat as advised by lady on the phone when I picked the car up they said that the brakes where fine, not remembering about the locking nut, when I booked the car in for its recent service they asked me again to leave the locking nut for the wheel on the front passenger seat, searching for the locking nut wheel I could not find it the last time I seen it was when I booked the car in to have its brakes checked, I mentioned this to the lady when I handed my keys over for the service, she said the the mechanic wouldn't of had to take the wheel off to check the disks and the brakes, I think the mechanic did take the wheels off the car and forgot to put the locking wheel nut back on the front passenger seat, know I have been told that I have to purchase a new locking wheel nut for the cost of £38, is there any way that you can make a good will gesture and give me the locking wheel nut as you value your customers.
