Keith was the guy who helped myself and parents get me a car. Hes been amazing from the get go, from giving information in regards to the car, to keeping me up to date with the process once I ordered the car all the way to the point of passing me the keys and walking me through how the car works an the buttons inside. Despite the countless phone calls & emails , helping me get the partners discount (which wasnt his fault), hes been amazing! Hes a credit to the team at Ellesmere Port Lookers.

The process of booking my car in for a service was straight forward. I had an express service where I waited at the showroom whilst the service was completed. The car was taken on time and the service was finished within 90 minutes. The seating area was comfortable and covid safe - overall the experience was very good

My vehicle still makes a sqeaking noise over traffic bumps , and my wife's Corsa doesn't, so it sounds like it needs lubricating as I've had the brake pads replaced.????.
