Very pleasant but lack of a courtesy car on date was disappointing. I couldn’t delay booking because MOT would have expired (despite nearly 30 days left on it) by time a courtesy was available.

The staff were excellent and,although I had to wait a long time for the parts, this was understandable in the current circumstances. The lifetime warranty has proved its worth.
