Two stars lost. Online booking is inaccurate with regard to process in the dealership - there is no quick key drop. Secondly, it is too simple to phone to say the car needs new wiper blades to pass the MOT - how many times is that done because it sounds too easy a way to make money. At least show them to me to prove it.
