Carl looked after me at the dealership, he was extremely courteous and could not have been more helpful. I am delighted with the car and would say the service and experience was first class.

I am more than happy with the service I have received from the Customer service team at Ellesmere Port from Patsy with the initial dealing with my original Customer complaint right through to Chelsea who dealt with me on the day of getting my car repaired (as Patsy was on holiday) - friendly, helpful and very efficient personal service received - a completely different experience from the extremely poor service I have received from the Vauxhall Customer Care Team based in London - a very poor service over a period of over 4 month's which could result in losing my long standing custom in the future.

Staff went over and beyond. I had muddled my days up but the lady kindly fitted me in without any fuss. Really appreciated it. Thank you
