Just like to say thanks to Zoe who was very helpful throughout the whole process!

I was satisfied with the service of the vehicle and the regular communication with the service team. However they failed to complete a puncture repair but charged me for it. I raised this problem with Damien Woolley and to his credit, he immediately solved the mistake. He came to my house, collected the car and took it back to have the tyre repaired. He apologised for the mistake and promptly refunded the charge, he even reduced the service bill by 25%. Even though it wasn’t his mistake, it was great to see that he took ownership and immediate reparative action. It’s because of Damiens actions that I would return again. Well done Damien.

On collecting my car I was made aware that prior to starting the car I had to dip the clutch and the car had 6 gears. I was also asked whether I needed any further information which I declined thinking it would be in the car manual. The information was along with several other different models & then it was a case of deciding which applied to my car, however your office helped me afterwards regarding my none electric folding mirrors. Some advice on the stop- start technology that applied to my car & that it could be switched off while getting use to the clutch would have been useful prior to my driving the car for first time.

Other than the car not being available for a test drive as promised we found Daniel very helpful and apologetic. He arranged to bring the car to our home so we did not have the inconvenience of travelling back to the dealership. Overall we were very happy with our purchase and the help and advice given by Daniel.

I would particularly like to thank Richard Southworth at Lookers Ellesmere Port. He is so knowledgeable, helpful and listens to what a customer’s requirements are for a vehicle. If he says he will call back with information, he does - when he said he would. I would recommend him to anyone for his efficiency and expertise. Nothing is too much trouble and he genuinely cares about what he is selling. I really hope that this is passed on to his superiors. I am quite certain that management would go a very long way indeed to find another colleague as good as his job as he is. A real ambassador for the firm and I hope this is recognised. Thank you.
