Had to wait a couple of weeks for an app would have liked it sooner and possibly a nearer garage but the service we received form Ellesmere Port was fantastic thank you. Just waiting on a radio to be delivered to then be fitted, lease pass on our thank you

Dave Suckley @ Vauxhall Ellesmere Port was very professional,courteous towards myself and Jeff. Very helpful,not pushy. I knew exactly the model and features I wanted ,I had done my homework,been on a test drive at my local Vauxhall and he did not try to dissuade me or push me into trying a different model. We negotiated very amicably and he arranged for all of the taxing of the vehicle,exchanges with DVLA and applying for my private plate to be changed over with the DVLA so that I could drive away without any hassle. I’m afraid and ashamed to say I did not receive this service from my local Vauxhall dealership,,I was disgusted by their attitude towards me hence I travelled 40 miles to view the vehicle at this garage and undertook my test drive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dave and this dealership to all. Very pleased with my new car. Thank you Dave.

Very good experience.

Post replacement knee op therefore not doing much driving. The pick up driver was very pleasant. I told him of a couple of worries and also rang up to make sure these were checked. Not driven since so I hope they have been looked at. Very helpful and pleasant lady who took message said to let her know if problems happened again and they would return and pick up. Pleased so far.

Bodywork on the car was still dirty on one side and £12 for collection and delivery service is abit expensive but the alternative is sitting in the waiting room. For 3.5 hours twiddling your thumb

Used the express service with online check in. Was quick and very efficient with good communication throughout.

All went very well, impressive Covid precautions in place and adhered to, which gave confidence. Polite, helpful staff. Good time keeping throughout, the extra item requested (in addition to MOT) was costed and recorded accurately and carried out. Paperwork clear and accurate. No complaints at all!
