Hoped for a complimentary check of coil pack/spark plugs. RAC had been needed to be called after engine misfiring during a journey only 1 week after service July 2020. £162 paid for replacement coil and one spark plug. Was advised this check not due for another 2 years. If I wanted the check now it would cost £50. I declined.
