Really happy with the service I get from lookers Ellesmere Port, friendly reception staff and work completed on time, why go anywhere else

It was more expensive than l had planned Lookers at Ellesmere Port in my opinion has a really good name ,my Son travelled from Flinshire to purchase a Car because because he found the Staff more helpful

From my initial contact I was kept informed of what was going to happen and what I needed to do to stay Covid safe. I logged into pre register and it was clearly explained explained how to deposit my keys. Pauline was most helpful discussing what was happening she phoned to inform me of the action needed to pass the MOT. I was notified at every stage of the day.

IT WAS OK SPOT ON.

The staff are warm, welcoming and efficient, going out of their way to help. An excellent service everytime

The mechanic who dealt with the job, I think his name was Rob, was excellent, he explained the fault, showed me a photo of the problem and recitified it very quickly.
