The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, I was told about the service plan last year so it was a nice feeling only having to pay half-price for the MOT and having my car serviced and washed without having to lay out the cost.

visited the Ellesmere Port branch for the first time since Birkenhead closing. Staff very helpful and friendly but the time it took to get a quote was about triple from other car manufacturers. Salesman had to keep checking in with the manager and would be gone for 5/10 mins at a time. Very slow.

Sales guy and manager did a fantastic job but I wasn't happy with how the vehicle was prepared as the detailer wasn't in so the scratches were will on the vehicle as they tried to rectify, also the inside seats and liner have some marks on them too so I wasn't pleased. Plus I can't connect to andriod car play etc aswell
