For health reasons I was not able to bring my car to the dealership, but they were helpful in arranging for my car to be collected and returned. For which I was grateful.

The car was not cleaned to my expectations, for example cobwebs in the left hand side of the boot aperture, and not cleaned very well externally, I accept the car was driven to Scotland for delivery but that does not explain the inside lack of cleaning, that said Martyn Williams my salesperson was more than helpful and good to deal with. Why don’t you do looking nuts with the cross land it is a big let down

I was given a curtesy car while my car was being serviced. Unfortunately there was little or no petrol in it. I had to go to the garage a few yards away to put some in or l wouldn’t have been able to get home. The member of staff was very apologetic but l think this should have been checked when the car was returned by the previous user.
