It all went smoothly, without a hitch, from the initial intimation and telephonic coordination, through the car collection as agreed, information re what was going to be done, etc. and the return of the vehicle, all very much within the agreed probable time frame.

Very pleased with the service I received from Ellesmere Port. I had always used Birkenhead previously but now this has closed it was the first time I had used Ellesmere Port. The location isn't as convenience if I'm honest. Patsy on reception was very professional and even remembered my name when I walked in to collect the vehicle.

Would have been 5*but despite doing the booking in on line the day before, I was then required to go through the whole process again when dropping off my car. But overall received the great service from customer service personnel as usual.
