Buying our new car from Lookers Ellsemere Port was such a good experience. I am based in Scotland and was slightly apprehensive buying a car from far and specially one that I hadn't seen in person. Zoe made our experience very smooth throughout. Picked the car up on Saturday and absolutely love it.

The service I received was excellent .Mr Randles was very helpful and I was very comfortable and safe in the showroom.The only thing I would have preferred was to have paperwork and not text messages which I found stressful in not knowing how to deal with them.
