I bought my Corsa from Carl who made the process simple and easy thankyou Carl..the handover was covered by Dave who was extremely couteous and helpfull...I've bought my cars from Lookers for over 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

From entering the showroom our experience was extremely positive. The vehicle arrived sooner than expected so it was a lovely surprise. As I had not purchased a new vehicle for almost 18 years, Keith took me through the paperwork, explaining the benefits of the service plan which I accepted. When completed, he took us outside to see our new Mokka and explained the many features on the dashboard/console which to me looked very futuristic like the Starship Enterprise. He had to explain the lack of physical handbrake at least three times as I was unfamiliar with this design. All in all well done Keith, as I quickly got the hang of it during the drive home.

The staff were very helpful but not pushy. They were also very polite and helpful.

From reception, which was quick and easy, through to the workshop, valeting and return of the vehicle, have all been without any unnecessary delays.

Simple and easy to use. Good menu system and clear to understand options. Never had an issue when using Onlookers to MOT/service my car. Friendly and professional. I tried the collect and delivery service this year for the first time and will probably use the same service next year.

Online check in seems to have little purpose. I've done it and not done it and the experience in the dealership seems the same regardless. Happy with the services
