I could not pick a fault at all with my experience checking in online or my experience at the branch in person. Everything was made as simple as possible for me and I was kept informed throughout my vehicles service. I was able to collect my car roughly an hour later. The staff are all helpful and friendly at the Lookers Vauxhall Ellesmere Port branch and are a credit to the business.

Service form lookers very good. I just felt that having to travel 30 miles round trip for an MOT is excessive, but as all Lookers centres have been closed done on the Wirral. Yes, I could go to Liverpool, that incurs a trip through the tunnel costing over £4, not ideal either.
