Carl has been dealing with my husband for many years so that’s why I chose him. He is always very friendly helpful and understanding of my needs in a new vehicle. His communication throughout the buying process was excellent keeping me updated on the progress at all stages with clear instructions. He was not putting pressure on me like other sales persons I have experienced in the past which was a relief. All round a great experience. Great job Carl!.
