Easy to follow and understand. I liked being able to follow the status of the service. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. My car was ready very quickly.

I dealt with Carl from the offset and he was amazing! I have absolutely no clue when it comes to cars and what I should be looking for/avoiding etc and Carl sorted everything out for me. Couldn’t be happier with the car and with the service Carl provided.

Had to return car after initial fault was not fixed correctly. While this was not great lookers made a great deal hbof effort to put the situation right through their sales manager.
