The check-in site was reported as insecure by our browser (out of date security certificate) on our PC. The downloaded work plan was flagged by our anti-virus as infected.The instructions for what to do on arrival were incorrect and out of date and related to COVID pandemic regulations.You fixed it.

I had a call the morning after my enquiry, explained I could not travel due to broken leg and was offered a virtual tour of the car. Very helpful and pleasant gent. Ultimately decided to wait until I am mobile again rather than relying on lifts etc.
