We came into your branch to sort out a new mobility car and were introduced to Richard southworth and sat with him to arrange the new car. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed and nothing was an issue,he has been in constant contact with us via e mail to let us know when the vehicle was in the UK and at your branch for us to pick up.
