Enjoyed looking at cars at lookers as not hassled, no sales rep asking wot you want, wot type, colour. Carl Rendlesham polite, helpfull and informational if didn't would find out. Easy to talk to aswell. Good quailty show room clean ,tidy, warm. Made you feel you are special and sorted out all details of car for us. Recommended to friend who has bought a car too.

All staff were very helpful. I was sensibly recommended to not go ahead with MOT on day of service and wait for parts to be delivered. I was also directed toward the interest free payment scheme.
