Iv been ther 2c now and Richard and Zoe and the rest of the floor staff are amazing they are fast and efficient friendly and very well trained to deal with people with additional needs I find it hard in public places and Richard and Zoe both used the perfect approach with me thank you for your good hospitality and I look forward to using lookers again as the car is quality your staff are well presented and well mannered this is rare to find and I hope they love ther job as they should because ther good at it
