I have been a customer at Lookers of Ellesmere Port for a good number of years and I have had many dealings regarding Service Reception, Workshops, Stores & Vehicle Sales. I have recently purchased a pre-owned Vauxhall vehicle & I thought that I should share my experience of the process. I was introduced to Rachel, one of the Team Members of the highly motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representatives. I informed Rachel of my budget and my expected valuation of the vehicle that I wished to exchange. Rachel listened carefully, made notes and suggested a number of alternative models from the Vauxhall range, including stock from other Vauxhall Dealers. I soon decided on a vehicle that was in stock, ready for sale and met my exact needs. My Part Exchange vehicle was inspected and valued and I made a financial decision without hesitation. Rachel patiently explained the finance and insurance options that were available and she ensured that the part exchange took place with maximum efficiency and the minimal of stress (that can often be associated with the purchase of a replacement vehicle!) Complimentary hot drinks were available throughout my visit, the waiting area was comfortable, clean, and tidy and included some festive decorations. Prior to my recent retirement I was employed as an Assessor in the Automotive Trade. Therefore, I can highly recommend Lookers of Ellesmere Port, regarding the management team, staff, facilities, and the services on offer. Rachel was extremely efficient and courteous throughout the process and during the handover of my ‘new’ vehicle – thank you Rachel.
