Lovely friendly welcome from receptionists

This visit was to get a dashcam fitted.

Zoe was brilliant and made the whole experience very straight forward and enjoyable. Zoe was able to answer all our questions and put us at ease all the way through.

Sales person, Daniel was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Sale didn't go ahead due a problem with the car but would deal with this garage / sales person again.

Had car collected and returned for 1st service, everything went very smoothly,phoned me where appropriate and even washed the car,really couldn't fault them

I was happy with the whole process. The Reception staff were so friendly and helpful and got in touch to explain the report. I was not pressured into buying new tyres, even though the two front tyres are very near needing to be replaced. The car was cleaned and an air freshener had been used, so all in all, it was a very satisfactory experience.

Excellent service and very friendly helpful staff. The man who collected and delivered my vehicle was excellent!

My vehicle is a fleet car but the service and customer service was fine.
