Easy to understand and do, but could have done with an option to have car collected and dropped off or information on the same.Easy to book appointment plus easy to rearrange when I had to change date etc. Very polite staff dealt with me as soon as I arrived. explained exactly what was planned and cost etc.Same polite good service when I arrived to pick my car up.
