Excellent service from the desk, which took my call on Saturday and the follow-up call from the person in the Liverpool office who looks after vans. I visited the Liverpool branch on Sunday, and the seller who greeted me was unhelpful, given that I was asking about MPVs, which were not his responsibility, and completely uninterested.

Staff that i had spoken to were lovely and ever so helpful, especially Jason. However, I have not heard anything from anyone regarding my finance application since I done the open banking.

Excellent experience. John Williams was so knowledgeable as to the car and mobility process. We felt no pressure and John was very caring with my mum so she understood the process. All staff were uplifting and this was felt in the atmosphere of the showroom as warm and professional.

Great, booked a test drive and a slot was available same day. The car was as described in advert, had been prepared for my visit and Chris the salesman was very knowledgeable on the model. I was informed about the Mokka range and offered a great p ex value for my car.
