John could not have been more helpful. After all the trouble I had with previous car he tried very hard to get me a new car. Which I am so pleased with. Thank you.

Remember my appointment! We arrived on time but it took a while for the staff to find the person we were meant to be doing the handover with. Once we got the right person, he then told us that he didn't have an appointment booked with us on that day. After a hastily arranged valet & an admission that he had forgotten to write our appointment down but had actually found it on his system, we were then given the keys & shown to the car & explained how to pair phones etc. He was very apologetic after all this. We then asked about petrol as I understand the cars do not usually have much fuel in & after explaining to him that we would be visiting the local Costco (2 miles away) as that is where I normally fill up he then advised that there wasn't even enough petrol in to get us there & told us to fill up in the Shell garage next door. In fairness he then proceeded to put £10 worth of petrol in himself at the garage next door so that we could actually drive off. So after initial hiccups it was fine but unfortunately not excellent.
