Just ease of use. Great job fixing the repairs that were needed. Still haven't fixed one problem I've mentioned quite a few times. Maybe next time .

System did not correlate the fact that I had been sent a service due reminder with the online check in. In fact I can't recall if the on-line book in asked if it was for a scheduled service or not. Staff were prompt and polite with service, even on occasions when mistakes were recognised and rectified.
