Not sure there's enough space to say everything that's needed, but I'll have a go. From the moment of placing the order, Gary has kept us updated and informed of progress relating to the expected date of delivery, and then the day came for handover. Gary provided us with details of all the paperwork being signed; he was courteous and gave time to read through things, answering any questions we had; and also noticing an minor error on our postcode within one document, which was speedily remedied. Then came the introduction to our new car, and a thorough walkthrough how everything works, with Gary ensuring I was confident before letting me take the drivers seat. A truly amazing experience throughout, and all delivered with customer service excellence!
