Was dealt with by Gary. Who on both my visits to choose and pick up a new Motability vehicle was knowledgeable and efficient in his post. Garry was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly and down to Earth. I believe is an asset to Lookers .I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to others. The phone operators and other staff I had contact with, were all lovely. This is unusual in my experience of other dealerships, to have consistent decent staff with good interpersonal skills. So they all deserve a pat on the back .My only criticism in regards my visits, were the very uncomfortable chairs. Sitting in them ,while filling in paperwork etc. Wasn't particularly pleasant.As a disabled person they were not the best to sit on, in truth. So I did find myself wanting the process to hurry up , purely to get out of the seat, to stretch to relieve stiffness ,back, hip and leg pain. So maybe a couple of new, firm yet padded ,larger seating , for us old dears with big bums and /or achey bodies.On the whole a great experience and happy to give my custom to Lookers

Cleanliness of the showroom, underneath the display cars the floors were really dusty and mucky, small thing but it was all visible when sat in the waiting area. The Salesman we dealt with was excellent, friendly and knowledgable a pleasure to deal with, his name was Rob.

The bloke dealing with my car was brilliant kepted me informed by email and text could not fault himBut last week I waited over 3 hours for my mot with nobody telling me why the wait it was a mobility lease car I was not offered a pick up at any of the appt which I found was poorAgain Francis who dealt with my swop over was brilliant plus stars
