If there is a internal awards for the various departments within the company in my opinion the servicing department would win hands down from booking to booking the car in to picking it up everyone made sure you were kept updated very friendly as always and very informative well done once again lookers liverpool servicing team see you next year

As a result of my subsequent visit (24th June). The problem that we encountered could not be identified. Unfortunately this issue has reoccurred and I am currently awaiting a call from repair personnel. Incidentally I have been able to video the problem which is a potential safety issue.
