Amal who was my service advisor was brilliant. She has dealt with me a couple of times when I've brought my car in. Nice to see a friendly face and she is so helpful and explained everything properly to me when I dont really understand about cars and the problems that come with them. So thankful for her helping me!

I visited lookers for a motability car I was seen by Gary Banks who was extremely helpful I couldn't take a test drive as I need the vehicle to have control adaptions in order for me to drive , nothing was too much trouble and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend lookers to anyone looking for their next car .

All the staff were welcoming and courteous. I waited for my vehicle, so spent a while in the seating area. Everyone was welcomed and all the convos seemed happy and positive. I was comfortable and could even have "tracked" the progress on line on my phone if I had wanted to. No adverse comments at all from me.
