Buying a new car is always daunting, let’s face it, it’s gift to be able to haggle and as a customer it’s always been difficult for me to do that. Having said that, the staff there where good guys, I felt well treated and respected, although I would have like to have haggled a better deal, I think I was treated fairly and have no issues, on the contrary, I had quite a good time doing the “to me, to you, to the boss, to me again” shuffle and all in all would like to say the salesman I dealt with, Rob, was a nice guy and bent over backwards really, to get the car in ship shape order for me promptly, even coming in on his day off to finalise it all for me in the time I needed it doing. Tony the manager was also very helpful and knowledgeable….and wasn’t at all like other cockney chaps I’ve met, he was funny, charming and easy going. Thanks to all the staff there.

I would have liked to find out what the fault actually was with my electrics rather than just being told the software had been updated.
