When I booked the MOT and service the young lady didn't think you could pick the vehicle up because you were fully booked. However she very kindly managed to have words with somebody and phoned me back to say it was ok and the vehicle would be collected. 10 out of 10 for her keeping her word and getting back to me. That's what I call service!
