I requested additional information via video and received two well presented and explained videos from Hafthab at the Liverpool dealership. Unfortunately the car wasn’t quite what I was looking for but I was very happy with the service received.

Amal who was my service advisor was brilliant. She has dealt with me a couple of times when I've brought my car in. Nice to see a friendly face and she is so helpful and explained everything properly to me when I dont really understand about cars and the problems that come with them. So thankful for her helping me!
