A little disappointed in car . Opening lever on passenger door windoq came away at first use . Now inside door.1/ 2 gears noisy on engagement or is it the engine ?Not as quiet or as smooth as my trade in .Could have done with some help setting up radio and other computer systems.

Amall, the lady who booked us in and was there to give us the keys back was lovely she gave excellent level of customer service, really welcoming. She did give us a QR code to scan to complete a review but the code just takes you to the Vauxhall homepage so we were unable to complete it.

The person who looked after me was Stephen Conlon and his service is one of the main reasons I chose to go with Vauxhall he was friendly clear and took his time with me and understood what I was after.I previously have always owned Ford vehicles when I went into their dealership I was put off and felt like they didn’t care and didn’t see me as a customer worth speaking to.Stephen and the team made me feel like they wanted my business and wasn’t overly pushy so thank you for getting me my new car and the service.The new Mokka helped too haha.
