Excellent service from the desk, which took my call on Saturday and the follow-up call from the person in the Liverpool office who looks after vans. I visited the Liverpool branch on Sunday, and the seller who greeted me was unhelpful, given that I was asking about MPVs, which were not his responsibility, and completely uninterested.
