Need parking for servicing. Had to drive around car park for 5 mins to find a space - then parked on side not parking space.Also told car was just being finished off and woild be 45 mins 2 hours later got the car

Amal kept us up to date with progress of service and mot.Carley also phoned when car was ready to be returned home..apart from a few jobs that needed doing on car ,everything ran smoothly. Amal is a joy to receive phone calls from as she is bubbly and friendly but also has a sympathetic ear when required.

We had to wait due to a issue with a tyre. I had my 16 month old boy and he was given a balloon to play with whilst we were waiting. Lady at the reception was great.
