The staff are all polite, we’ll mannered, helpful and friendly

When knowing wat veichle is cumn in its only rite youd have all parts for that car but in my case yous didnt an i had to wait hours for a part to be deliverd not good practice

Hafthab was extremely helpful and gave all the information we needed in a clear and concise way which helped us to make a decision on which car we wanted to upgrade to. We have bought a number of cars from Lookers are cannot fault the service we have received especially from the sales personnel who are a credit to the company.

The only thing I thought was that it was easier an more straightforward to sign everything in store rather than doing the finance online I preferred to do everything in store
