I had my 1 year old daughter with me during my waiting appointment, she was doing really well until the last half hour or so then became really fed up and upset. A gorgeous lady (possible called Amal?) kept popping over to us and calming my baby down, giving her loads of attention and making her smile again. Just made the experience that extra bit special.

After a mix up with the booking by someone from Ellesmere port, I was booked into Ellesmere port and not Bootle. However the Bootle staff, Carly I think, kindly arranged to book me in and helped sort everything. I was very grateful and she made me feel welcome. Great customer service
