I have tried tried to Book my car in twice via your phone lines over the last 3 weeks to have a repair carried out. On each occasion I was put through to what I think was a call centre in what I assume was the north east. I’m still waiting for them to get back in touch from either call, which lead me to take time fro work to book at the dealership myself. Absolutely pathetic customer service springs to mind. The actual Vauxhall customer care and the Liverpool branch staff on the other hand, excellent. It’s a shame their good work is undermined by others.
