Question 2, reason for 4*.My sales representative was Rob Moyles, he was extremely helpful throughout the process.On one occasion I travelled to the dealership with the hope of test driving a vehicle. Rob was off so another colleague assisted. The vehicle I hoped to test was not available, I asked whether I could try an automatic version of the car to get a feel for the size etc. appreciating this would be a different experience than a manual, but still wanting to try as I had travelled 30 minutes from home solely to do so. The staff member was quite dismissive, said there was 'no point', and told me to come back. I was in and out of the showroom within 2 minutes - a wasted journey and not a very nice experience.On his return to work I informed Rob of this experience, he went above and beyond to ensure I was able to test drive a car asap and the process ran smoothly from there.I would give Rob 5* the deduction relates only to the other colleague I encountered during my visits to the dealership.Thanks!
