Waited 3 hours for mot and service with no drinks machine working, Luckily Chelsea told us there was a cafe open over the road. Chelsea did keep us informed and apologised we had to wait so long for the car to be washed. Unfortunately Vauxhall closed down south Liverpool so it journey to north Liverpool do there is no option to leave the car.

the booking staff and engineer were excellent.my only disappointment was i had to get 2 busses back home and 2 busses to pick my back up.service plan should hAve pick up and drop off and my last two services i have had to bus…
