A staffed, meet and greet reception area as soon as you enter the building would help customers to know where to go and which services they need.

Excellent service from start to finish

Initially i was totally dissatisfied with the progress and repairs to my vehicle,returning to your workshop on a number of occasions , going over the same repair work that was needed to be done.The problems where noted down by the receptionist and then passed to the workshop on each occasion.There was initially no contact with a mechanic/fitter which would have helped from the outset , as these people have a better understanding of what is needed , talking one to one and reading of the same page. This is the process needed and the way forward . This in the end was actioned by one of your service advisors Carly Morton who took the inititive and spoke to her manager and in turn i was able to speak to your mechanic Paul regarding my concerns , he patiently listened and handled the situation very well.A resolution was found and the required work was finally sanctioned and went ahead. I found both Carly and Paul very efficient, understanding and helpful .
