The salesperson, Afy, was very pleasant and helpful throughout the process. He made sure that we had as much time as we needed to inspect the vehicle and have a test drive before discussing the purchase. He also kept in contact prior to picking up the vehicle and ensured it was fully valeted, ready for collection.

Chris made me feel so comfortable, as.this was so hard for me to do this, he had a brilliant sense of humour, comedy club waiting next job 5 stars lovely man. Very quick and professional thanks Chris

I had a really good experience overall. However, after reporting an issue with clutch. I felt that the garage did the bare minimum to resolve the issue.If I was paying, they would have stripped the car to check the issue. However, as my car is still in warranty, they just Greased the clutch. Therefore, as it was in warranty, the bare minimum was done. It did resolve the squeak from the clutch, but there could be other issues with it.

I was led to believe that the repair and mot test would both be carried out that day but only the repair was performed. As an elderly disabled man I find this poor.
