No complaints i think this is my third or fourth mobility car I’ve had from you & no complaints so far so thank you & your staff for your efficiency.

Hafthab Naum was the sales person we dealt with. Hafthab was extremely helpful and gave all the information we needed in a clear and concise way which helped us to make a decision on which car we wanted to upgrade to. We have bought a number of cars from Lookers are cannot fault the service we have received especially from the sales personnel who are a credit to the company.

The only thing I thought was that it was easier an more straightforward to sign everything in store rather than doing the finance online I preferred to do everything in store

I had my 1 year old daughter with me during my waiting appointment, she was doing really well until the last half hour or so then became really fed up and upset. A gorgeous lady (possible called Amal?) kept popping over to us and calming my baby down, giving her loads of attention and making her smile again. Just made the experience that extra bit special.
