I’m very new to having a lease car using the Motability scheme. I’ve been driving for many years and have had various cars mainly Vauxhall as my husband worked at the Ellesmere port, so I knew a trusted the brand. I looked on line and had a virtual tour around the Corsa Nav 1.2lt. I knew I only wanted a small car, sat nav also with parking sensors. A day or so later Joseph Williams from Lookers Liverpool called me back, I explained what I wanted and with a very short phone conversation he knew the car I was speaking about. A few emails later to send over the essential paperwork also after necessary checks my little dream car was ordered. Joe rang me a week ago to say my car was on site and would I like the registration or the next one which is due very soon. I’m so happy just to have a little bit of independence back that I said as soon as you can have it ready, I picked my car up Friday 19th February 21..The whole process was made smooth, stress free as I’m a worrier with this I would highly recommend using Lookers Liverpool. Also they insured all covid guidelines where followed, which put me very much at ease.I have already thanked Joe for his helpfulness and I’ve told a friend who’s lease is due in a few months.Many thanksPauline Hughes

overall it was satisfactory, but waiting over 2 hours for MOT without any refreshments available was not good, but I fully understand why in view of the current pandemic. My car passed and I was satisfied with everything else
