Everything was great

Car was collected as arranged and returned later the same day serviced and valeted ( which I did not expect in the current climate). The only reason I have not given a 5 star review is because I tried to book the service in early August for mid September, but was informed that as I had asked for a collect and delivery service there were no slots available until early November. I had previously used the Speke branch for many years and had always been able to have a collect and delivery service in the past providing I gave them at least 3 weeks notice.

Smooth check in process with welcoming and friendly staff, and a clean and tidy area. My appointmentwas explained and I was informed of what the process would be. Very courteous call to inform me that my vehicle was ready to collect and a brief explanation of the service report and MOT discussed during the call, then in more detail when I went to collect my car.

A simple and efficient process from beginning to end.

My car fault was dealt with that morning as it was an emergency, very happy with the service.

Very smooth operation from booking to picking up the car

Very professional and friendly service by our contact there John Williams. Did have to wait over an hour to test drive the car we bought even though we'd booked a time but overall really pleased with the service. Good covid measures in place too.
