Used the collection and drop off service as my local Lookers branch has closed so would have to travel to Bootle. Passed MOT and no work required from the service so can't really comment any further.

I was a bit late due to all the roadworks outside. They were accommodating and told me my car may take an hour and a half to two hours. It took an hour and a half and the waiting room was comfortable with friendly staff
