The reason for this score is for the EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE displayed by Rob Moyles as he went out of his way to put me and my wife at our ease by taking his time carefully to show us the products and warranties, by explaining everything in detail fully and helping us through it in a VERY LIGHTHEARTED MANNER ALWAYS JOKING TO MAKE US FEEL AT EASE, AS MY WIFE AND I ENJOY A LAUGH AND JOKE. BUT ALL THE SAME ROB REALLY HAVE DESERVES A SUBSTANTIAL PAY RISE OR IF NOT A PROMOTION WOULD GO AMISS FOR HE DESERVES IT GREATLY!!!!!! If he continues like this he SHOULD GO FAR. HATS OFF TO HIM👍👍👍👍👍👍
