Relatively easy to confirm everything online. Overall very professional service. Just a little bit frustrating to receive a text advising that my car was ready for collection 20 minutes after I had picked it up!

Was a good experience, we were in the dealership for quite a while due to IT issues...2 hours. We also had to highlight a snag on the vehicle which were prominent but hadn't been picked up...i.e dent in drivers door. Was treated kindly and looked after while we were there. Thanks.

Gary showed me round the car and explained everything that had been done ready for me to pick up. He went through all the technical details, set up the radio, Bluetooth my phone. He then came with me to the garage and put petrol in showing me where the button is to open the tank.
