Very easy to navigate and explained very well From receptionist to service engineer every thing was really well handled I stayed on premises waiting for my car to be serviced receptionist took me to the waiting area were refreshments were available . I was impressed by there thorouness I was also kept in touch with the work being done by e mail which was really good
