Very easy to navigate and explained very wellFrom receptionist to service engineer every thing was really well handledI stayed on premises waiting for my car to be serviced receptionist took me to the waiting area were refreshments were available . I was impressed by there thorounessI was also kept in touch with the work being done by e mail which was really good
