Communications good, videos of prospective purchase were quick and skipped over the damage / cosmetics. Assured all would be fixed. Don't feel distance Internet purchasing is for me.

I was extremely happy with the salesman Rob Moyles. But very dissatisfied with his boss who told ne he would put good a scratch on the bumper. But didn't do it.
