It was really simple. Only lost one star as the original date I booked showed as available on the online booking portal, and it allowed me to book it, yet I was contacted a few days later by email to say that it was fully booked and a new date had to be given. So I'm not sure how up-to-date or accurate the online calendar might be. Everything was great

The sale rep John was excellent using his expertise only left a star out because of little things. I mean by this points like the car didn’t come with a manual therefore trying to use to a new car becomes more difficult. They did an excellent job repairing a small dent but while having the paint there why not repair the other little scratches.
